★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understand that you won't be assisted when it comes to repair or warranty claim.
I bought a chair in February, which in the beginning looked and felt fine however within 3 months it got damaged and the damage increased overtime (because I was not able to get it repaired due to the lockdown). Within the warranty period I contacted them 4 times, but they did not bother to send anyone to repair so I took the chair to the store myself and showed them the payment details on gpay(as I misplaced the visitor card that they give you). In order to repair they managed to do further damage to the material and replaced the set of wheels for an old rusted one.
I understand that I misplaced the visitor card(that they call the proof of purchase) but I think the payment details on gpay should have been enough.
My review is only about my personal experience and does not reflect on the quality of the products sold.
Addition: I showed you the proof of purchase, it was the bank transaction with your name and amount on it with the date and time of purchase.

Furniture is chipping off within two months of usage..Drawer lock came off from my office table in a month of usage ..poor Quality raw material is used here..AFTER chasing for almost 3 months they sent a staff for fixing their rubbish quality products ,but that fixing is also very temporary...Overall waste to buy product from here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i got good office furniture for reasonable pricing. As prices are low so quality is ok not best in all things but yes chairs are very good. they have a big collection of chairs. In terms of office table less choice and quality can be better. Same with office sofa less choice with low quality. In the end low budjet furniture i give a thumbsup??.. i got you a few pics of furniture i bought myself and do ask for bargain. they give good discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FROM HERE: Pathetic after sales. Chair worth 4000/- broke in 4 days and owner refused replacement and instead told me to drop the chair on shop and pick it up after 1-2 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my products delivered at doorstep. The visit to the shop was also very good, easy to locate the shop, staffs are cordial and friendly. Owner is accommodating with our product needs. The variety at the shop is also a reason why you must visit them. Overall very satisfactory. Looking forward to order few other furniture from here.
