★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Follows unfair practices of telling lower rates and increases later. Most items are broken or of lower quality than what was shown. Especially sanitary and tiles are probably fake.
Within a 1 hour visit saw 2 customers fighting for replacement of items under warranty but to no avail. This is the worst dealer in the area. Go to jagatpuri and get items from a better and competitive market.
We made a mistake of buying frm them once. Never ever would do that again. Save yourselves too.

Overall bad experience. Wanted to buy so many more things but only bought one thing and returned with disappointment.
Be careful with sales executive, they might deny the rate they quoted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited their shop after doing some research in Google business places. My first impression.
They have variety in wash basin, bathroom cabinets, mirror and fitting, western Indian toilet seat and other sanitary items. You can find products in different price point. Stocks available was all new and clean. One can check the pictures I have posted.
Their rates were lower than the shops in my local area Mayur Vihar Phase 1 for western toilets seat. May be due to the fact that there are 3 shops one after another dealing with sanitary items. There was price label on few items and few were without price label too. They should have price displayed on all items.
Sales person were warm and I didn't find any difficulty in dealing with them.
I didn't find owner Dimple Arora rude or abusive as mentioned in some reviews. But my assessment is based on only few minutes interaction.
I made a purchase and feel that I got a product of my choice at good price.
In case I face problem with product, I will update this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpricing on duplicate cheap goods. Sells only 4-5 company tiles & all other tiles are local low quality tiles. Very bad quality sinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop serves all categories and kind of customers and is conveniently located on the main road so parking is not a real pain here.
The staff is really really very helpful band ready to show you everything you want with much etiquette and patience.They have a wide variety of tiles and sanitary wears under one roof and the rates are suitable for people from all walks of life.
The variety is ample though you might not be able to pick much high end products or brands here.The shop is big and almost all varieties are available.
Definitely worth a try if you are building upma new bathroom or kitchen and in need of some basic hardware, tiles etc.
