★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pic of cutlery drawer and unfinished almirahs even after paying whole amount to them pathetic services, unprofessional, attitude in employees specially rananjay. Failure to fulfill various commitment due to which increase in price and delays in delivery.
Edit: The after sales service has been good as there has been no delays.. The quality of the product is very good. Special Thanks to the fittings team led by Arish.. 2 Stars less due to previous issues face in terms of time commitments by Rananjay.

I regret the decision for going with arrivae. It's a brand with zero commitment level and for sure no customer service.
Brief details of my experience:
-Make false promises to customers
- INTERIOR DESIGNERS like Akansha sitting in the office know nothing about the actual process and never replies once the payment is made
- Delayed service just by 2 months
- Cheap unbranded products used (Channels, hinges, hanger tube) in place of what was shown at the time of order placed
- Lot and lot of space wasted (they wasted my storage space for almost 1 cupboard and covered it with filler)
- Daily you will keep on recieving 1 or other part of the cupboard for at least 15 days so one should leave their work to be at home for recieving them
- Installation process will take 1 month

Did the mistake of engaging with them before reading reviews.
Their interior designers are ameture. They just know how to trap the customer, but nothing about their work.
Delayed services,
Wrong measurements,
wrong fittings,
Cheap material used.
Unprofessional behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally recommend to go and get done your dream house by ARRIVAE. The experience center is amazing and also the services. They've end number of solutions, amazing designs, color schemes, ideas, great services. The designers are so cooperative and great that they used to respond even in the holiday. I was so afraid before but after the result, they nailed it. ARRIVE is the best platform for the interior as well as the home decor. They provide me free consultancy also they went market with me for my home decor without any extra charges. I love the services and i'll recommend my frnds and fmly to get done their home by ARRIVE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Never ever use any services from Arrivae. They take full payment before delivery and then we suffer for missing units, wrong dimensions and unprofessional behaviour.
The dimensions they provided are wrong, we are not able to fit our devices in the cabinets they provided, they don't reply to emails even when asked multiple times and provide no solution to problems.
We made a huge mistake by choosing Arrivae and we are suffering now.
This is the worst place to buy anything from. Look at the photos attached. They have broken our walls =, delayed our project by more than a month and still not replying to our emails and not resolving issues.
