★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good brand all-in-all but beware while purchasing leather products. I purchased 2 jackets and to my surprise the leather coating on both of them was worn out in just 2 months of normal usage.
Visited the store to complain about the same and the store manager advised me that these things happen and there is no recourse available. Also, there is no customer service facility on which you can complain about the bad quality of their jackets.
Not sure but I guess "Arvind brands" are responsible for Arrow operations in India, wrote an extensive email complaining about the bad products but no reply from them also.
The leather jackets that I purchased were quite expensive and I didn't expect such a response from a reputed brand as Arrow.
