β β β β β Arsalan is a name synonymous with classic eateries of Kolkata. Known for its mughlai food, the biryani, chaap, kebabs stand undisputed to this day. This particular outlet in chinar Park has multi storeys of siting arrangement, with a roof top outdoor seating area . Staff are polite, courteous and very well spoken, quality of food is uncompromised. 5 Stars all the way!

β β β β β Excellent dining experience with special attraction of Biriyanis
Arsalan is a well known name in the field of Biriyani preparation.
Type of Biriyanis:
There are several type of Biriyanis. I have tasted Mutton Biriyani, Chicken Biriyani, Lucknow Biriyani. Mutton was remarkably soft in Mutton Biriyani. Chicken was also tender. In this outlet I found Aalu and Egg too in the Biriyani.
They do not provide Raita or salad along with the Biriyani. You have to order these separately if required.
Firni:
They are also specialist in Firni as a desert. I was excellent.
Other items:
There are so many mutton and chicken items are available there, such as kababs, razala etc etc. I believe nobody would disappoint here.
Price:
Price is little higher compared to other restaurants however, considering the quality of the food and the brand name, this price is okay. Example: Mutton normal Biriyani Rs 300, Mutton Spl Biriyani 428, Firni Rs 80.
Ambience:
In ground floor, they have take away facility and in the mazenine and 1st floor, they have dine in facility which is good but not spacious. Behaviour of the staffs are good.
Washroom:
They have clean separate washrooms for male and females at 1st floor.

β β β β β the biriyani tagged *Arsalan biriyani
was totally waste it doesn't taste like any kinda biriyani.. they told it would be more spicy than the normal dum biryani..it was totally waste flavouring only cinnamon and hot as its seems to be some Chinese rice dish but
the standard chicken dum biryani was good at all... overall the service provided isn't as worth as their other outlets like parkcircus
and also didn't get why the prices are higher than their other branches

β β β β β The roof top ambience is nice. U can expect good food from here. Biryani is good. Biryani is less spicy. Chicken hariyali kaba is delicious. Chicken garlic butter masala is also delicious. Chicken is too soft.

β β β β β Today I have visited to the branch of Chinar park. Due to Durga Puja there was a huge crowd hardly waiting for nearly 40 minutes we got our seats. The resturant was not maintaining COVID protocols but the staffs were with there masks on face and gloves on hand. Staffs were really good and well mannered. Even the manager of that branch was so cooperating.Due to huge crowd they took a lot time to prepare the food which was fine ?. They were giving free cocacola for mutton biriyani which I found so interesting . The mutton biriyani was really good and tasty. Perfect place for family, friends and couples. Really enjoyed a lot. Wanna visit here again β€οΈ

β β β β β This is really one of the best Biryani and Mughlai chains in Kolkata. Great assortments pf gravies though they should've been other variants of biryani too. Otherwise it's awesome.

Breads and gravy was awesome....
I like the ambience too
Service staffs should be more attentive, thats what i felt bit missing... Inspite of having enough service team...!
Yet... Its worth to try this place

β β β β β It is a North Indian cues in restaurant with Mughlai varieties. There are a lot of in-item choices. Sweet dish options are also good lot of mocktail options are available and juices Blossoms and ice creams are also there. Staff behaviour and services were very good.
