★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest they really need to provide a better service, they have to maintan the place few air conditioners aren't working.
They need to add some more drinks in the menu.
Tangri chicken needs to be more grilled.
Mutton biryani was heavenly delight and a bit spicy. I personally loved the biryani. Quantity was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for mughlai dineout. You can enjoy your time here with your friends and family. Quantity and quality are superbly maintained. I'll suggest try there kabab platter and do piazza. Staff are very polite and promt with there response. Ambient is quite jolly. Also if you are looking for takeout then that is also quite fast. Max 20 min.

Now coming to food part, I have ordered Chicken Tengri Kabab, it was good,but little dry & over-burnt. And yes plating was nice! ?
Then Mutton Biriyani It was perfect Kolkata style with Alu and Alubokra and succulent mutton piece.? Quantity is more then sufficient.
& Then Mutton chaap, and that was upsetting. They should have made it with boneless pieces only, it was full of small little little bones with sharp edges!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was tasty. The place was super crowded with number of staff attending to the number of customer was very less. It took us atleast 5 mins to reach out to the waiters for the bill. The food was extremely costly, one chicken biryani for 350 was not at all worth the taste. I had the very similar biriyani at Siliguri at 70 which had the same taste and rather chicken were more cooked. The ambience was good, but again nothing such that they could charge us at the pricing of a 5 star restaurant :) Moreover, they didn't provide Raita or salmon with the Biriyani ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cozy place, carrying the legacy of Arsalan , we had mutton biryani , the alu(potato) was great , the mutton pieces were tender and the rice was fine, overall a great one, the staff was very friendly they guided n helped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste of the legendary Arsalan Biryani is here. This branch does have everything right. The food is awesome. The service is great. The behaviour of the staff is super. The entire restaurant is decorated and very well maintained along with hygienic washrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was highly satisfied by this branch of Arsalan. It was the first time i tried out the food at arsalan and although it was Saraswati pujo, the quality of the food was too good. The service was slightly slow but not worth complaining. We had order chicken malai kebab, lachha paratha, chicken tandoori butter masala and mutton biriyani. The biriyani was very oily but very good in taste with soft succulent piece of mutton and aloo. The kebab was very soft and well cooked as well. I personally would have preferred a bit more meaty pieces of The chicken tandoori butter masala.
Great ambience with double story and good service. Definitely worth trying and coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the ambiance to start with . We ordered the cheese chicken kebab - it melted in our mouth ! Delicious! Then we ordered mutton biryani and chicken tikka masala followed by kulfi falooda. The main course were delicious . The wait time for food was 15 min only . The kulfi falooda could have been better .
