★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place can be regarded as a "hidden gem" in the city, especially in and around Jadavpur-Baghajatin area.
Dirt cheap prices, good quantity and taste! My picks from this place are the chicken biryani (the special chicken biryani comes with two pieces of chicken at 100 bucks), the chicken chaap and a firni, if you want some desserts at the end like me. A super meal from this place would not cost you more than 180 bucks. I am big fan of the aloo in the biryani from this place because they make it super soft, unlike many other places.
Try this place and you will keep on coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's get one thing out of the way. This place is not remotely related to Arsalan. Why the similarity in name, I have absolutely no idea.
Now comes the subject of food. Tasty biryani with less oil, good flavours, pieces of chicken and mutton are acceptably big in size at a very very affordable price. Yeah what could be better? A greater choice of side dishes would be good.
