★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best residential project in the neighborhood. Our site visit was made pleasant by the sales team. The quality is excellent.
All amenities are at one's disposal, which one could think of. A lot of open areas.It's an Affordable price and worth buying it.
Overall it's a great project to invest in because of its location KR Puram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project located in very good location. Just 5km away from upcoming KR Puram metro station. Amazing amenities. Very nice apartments with good quality constructions , each flat specification are very well planned .Easy connectivity to all needy places . And really good customer services .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is very less and delayed in project. Wing 4 has kharab land. And worst part is Ravi, he is most arrogant guy and don't trust his word. He make false stories.
UDS is just 18% that is the main reason of less price, in 4.8 acres they are constructing 720 units. It will be very crowded.
Mosque is infront of property, morning sleep will be disturb for light sleep people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited property last weekend. The project is very strategically located on Old Madras Road. It's just 15 mins from my office in ITPL. The master plan is awesome. The amenities provided by the builder is really world class. The overall interaction from the Sales Team was great, they are too professional and very friendly. I have almost spent 3 hours at the site, the sales team has showed and explained the complete project in very detailed process. Very calmly they have cleared my all doubts and queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a 2.5 BHK in this project based on a friend's recommendation who had booked a 2BHK here few months back.
Site visit was very pleasant and Mr Ravi, Chaitanya and Afnan were very supportive in clarifying all the queries I had.
The entire booking, loan and agreement phase went very fast and smoothly.
The location is superb. What else you need where everything is within 5 kms be it Outer ring road, Whitefield, Indiranagar or Metro.
Quality of construction is top notch as they are building the high-rise using mivan technique.
I have not seen such spacious room size. I visited many builders but their room sizes are 10 * 10 or 10*11 but here it is 14*12*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a buyer in this project and thought it would be helpful to post a review and help others. There are few positives and negatives with respect to the project.
Positives:
- The price points are very attractive as I have checked with all the projects nearby and found Arsis green hills to have a good price point
- The apartments are spacious and airy. It does not have common walls and have good ventilation.
- The view from top floors are great and unobstructed.
- The hardware and doors quality looks good
- The construction quality looks good. However the flooring tile choices could have been better.
- It has good premium amenities subject to the condition that the execution quality of the amenities are good.
- The project location is fantastic and very well connected.
- I found the management of Arsis green hills to be good. The sales team was helpful and supported with all our site visit requests and discussions. Mr Ravi was also helpful in negotiation and helping us with flexible payments. He might sound little reserve and busy because I guess he does most of the deal closure, legal and operation work. Overall he is a decent person to deal with.
Negatives:
- The builder is not very well known so this is a grey area. But Green hills is their first large project and their future reputation will depend on timely and good execution of this project.
- The UDS ( Undivided share of land) is low.
- The project has seen some delays in the past maybe for various reasons so there could be doubts on the handover dates committed by the builder. Currently they have committed June 2022 handover for Mount Dale and December 2022 for Mount valley. These dates seems unrealistic. However if they achieve it I would give them all the credit.
I hope my review would help lot of prospective buyers. I have gone with the positives and put my faith in the builders and I guess only time will uncover the truth.
