★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware!!!!!!!!, I had booked site by paying 15k.But due to medical reasons I asked them for cancellation. Here is my feedback They have 2 different concept, one is allotment and other booking, when u ask for refund they will say cannot refund allotment amount... Only booking amount will be refunded with 30% deduction.... Please anyone can explain me difference of two words... Because I lost my hard earned money of 15k. I couldn't get this amount when my dad was undergoing surgery in Naryana Hrudalya... Even after following more than 2 weeks, every time they told some lame excuse and finally denied. I have the email, audio recordings of conversation , what's app messages as proof. This feedback is not generic it's only my experience with Arss, bcos of this incidence I lost my dream to have small temple in Dev bhoomi Vrindavan and to spend my life after retirement in Vrindavan..Hare Krishna
