I attended online hapiness program , we had 2 hours per day classes which lasted for 4 days. Although the classes are online they were as effective as offline classes. I had a good experience and learning and would love to do the further advanced courses as well. I would recommend hapiness program if your wanting to learn proper meditation techniques . We also learnt some principles and golden rules which will help us in our day to day lives. The instructors were very helpful and they conducted the course in a very organized manner.

I attended happiness programme from the 1st time and had really good experience, was experience stress and anxiety, I was able to overcome slowly with the help of happiness programme. Sudarshana kriya is a must for everyone. Please do attend this programme to find and experience the difference and the impact of the programme.

I have recently completed the Happiness program conducted by Art Of living and thankful to the instructors Vasant sir and Padmashree mam. They have deep knowledge and great teaching skills. I am very happy to be part of this program. I highly recommend for everyone to take advantage of this course. I will surely spread the word about this program to my friends and family. I would like to be associated with them to get more confidence to do pranayama and sudarshana kriya independently and flawlessly. Looking forward to join the daily classes.

The Happines program was conducted by the Team was Great and Meaning ful. This is very realistic to adhere in day to day life. I strongly recommend younger generation to participate in the course and take advantage of this program. In the program a visit to Ashram could have been included.

The experience was eye opening. There is so much unwanted thoughts and baggage we carry, this program trains you to let go of the things that are bogging you down. It's the step towards a journey for inner peace and happiness. Definately recommend the program if you are looking to lighten yourself and bring balance to your mental well-being. Sudarshan kriya meditation technique which is taught in this program will help you towards this path. The teachers Dr.Padma,Dr.Neeta and Nandini do a fantastic job leading this program and guide us.

It was an area of unchartered waters and was a long lasting search for me. Perhaps ,it was an act of providence that got me into taking this program. Post pandemic, my earnest quest to be calm and collected became even more prominent, that drew me closer to Art of living's happiness program ,through Sudarshan Kriya. The program is thoughtfully driven from day-1 to day-4. It has a mix of yoga stretches and innovative breathing techniques ,optimally stitched for the global good. To my delight the program is universally neutral that fits, one and all. It is simple, yet very powerful that conditions one's body to become accommodative of a calm mind. Eventually, the pre-work practice sets the platform for a meditative mind which is the significant takeaway from this program. Personally I felt very calm from day-1 and had a cascading impact on my work. I was able to realize that I became more collected and situationally aware than that I used to be previously. This encouraged me to be very engaged with the overall program and I am sure, I will get progressively better if I practice consistently. As an immediate take away the yoga stretches helped alleviate my yearlong shoulder freeze issue significantly. Kudos and sincere thanks to Sanath & Vasant Hegde for keeping us very engaged and curious all throughout. Jai Guru Dev - โ€œA positive mindset"
