★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not easy to access. People seemed money minded. The program is good for high school kids. Doesn't work if you have real depression and anxiety. Be cautious as it might aggravate the depressive state. (Not worth and not recommended to people who are actually willing to come out of depression and feel happy)

Knowledge session of part 1 (happiness program) is amazing. Very short & effective that convince your heart and mind to take a good decision in many situations of life. Follow the routine for 90 days & then feel the change.

You can do different treatment as suggest by your Dr. Also you can buy various ayurvedic tablets and other products of sri sri tatva and guruji photos as well.
Due to covid most off the course are sone online bt they are many programs which are done in ghyan mandir.
Lots of positive vibrations you can feel and experience here.
