β β β β β Artha citrine builders are big scamstars.. We took a Villa in the year 2012 and still fighting for proper facilities .. All the amenities provided by them are in pathetic conditions.. They have made few people as MC and removed our maintenance money without Handover.

We are stuck with a property at Artha Citrine ... the "society" has not been handed over, the common areas have not been maintained, effectively our investment is "useless".
As owners, we are a helpless lot. They don't respond, don't resolve, don't support.
Strongly recommend => do NOT buy anything from Artha Properties.

1. Worst security
2. Garbage issue
3. Unclean
4. Tons of street dogs
5. No water
6. Electricity issue
7. Ground soil is not good
8. No amenities in house for tenants. No interest shown from any owners.
9. Heavy mosquito outside.

β β β β β Located at outskirts of Bangalore. Ok type duplexes with good outdoor space. . But maintainence hasn't been started & no security guards.

β β β β β Layout is a disaster. No proper maintainance from the builder or from the residents there. Villaments plan doesn't look good at all. Better to invest in a developed location even if the price is a little higher. Woudn't recommend for investment or stay also.

β β β β β I own a villament here at Citrine which is away from the city's hustle!! Cool Breeze and chirping birds all time. CItrine is a gated community and has all major amenities in place like a park, children play area, pool, and greenry. Retirement or its a "home away from home" is best suited in this place. Pl check in case you have got time.
