He doesn't inform about hidden charges before taking the ride.. drives very slowly and takes unnecessary and extra breaks just to apply extra night charges.. starts argument unnecessarily to loot money from clients.. pathetic experience. Don't take it even if it is the last option available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did online booking through WhatsApp chat for travel to Vadodara from Mumbai by car. All my queries and doubts were met with clear answers. Driver and car were excellent. There was no payment/charges related issue at the end of the journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company a cheater company. i have booked a car from Nagpur to Akola for 5 days. they dont want to provide a GST bill. they have charged skme 4k extra for gst bill. the total package was 23500 from this company. They have charges extra for night stay etc and perday 3300 plus GST.
while the same pakage by Saavari.com wafter one month is 15000 with GST all inclusive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people cheated us by sending taxi with faulty ac. , broken seats and driver with no driving permit where we had to pay off the traffic police when they caught the driver driving without permit. When we asked for a bus replacement, he made excuses and charged us for diesel but then refused to provide a replacement the next day. Very unsatisfactory experience and I would urge everyone to beware from these scamming people. Made our trip experience absolutely horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These scamming people cheated us by sending faulty taxi and a driver with no driving permit where we had to pay off the traffic police when they caught the driver driving without permit. When we asked for a cab replacement, the proprietor made excuses and charged us for diesel but then refused to provide a replacement the next day for our three-day long trip thereby leaving us with no way to travel. Very unsatisfactory experience and I would urge everyone to beware of these scamming people. Made our trip experience absolutely horrible. This company and the people here are sham who just make big promises but have no intention to provide services they promised.
