★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The villa is far from city. Its on anekal road near marsur. It seems it is in between/adjacent to some other private property and village. Due to that Villagers, farmers, cattles are passing through the villas gates and wall has been broken for that. Feels little unsafe due to that. Maintenance not upto mark. Inside roads have pot holes. Muddy approach road. Price is high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project: Few residential plots for sale, although villas are already mostly occupied. Good developing location. Scope of improvement for public transport is evident. Project launched in 2013, club house still under construction (huh?!). Walls broken to allow access to neighboring inhabitants (sales guy says there is no such thing called gated community, and therefore walls are broken. :-) )
Sales person: Condescending behavior. (E.g. asks to Google when asked about nearby schools). Should be already informed about trivial details and not make up with random data when asked. Management should teach sales ppl that the customer (both actual and potential customer) is the king.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to search for a house to buy here. They are overpriced. You need to pay 6500 per month only for basic maintenance. Most of the amenities are not operational including swimming pool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a gated complex, with nice bungalows. However, should have more space for gardens, access road is quite bad (very easily missed), too many speed breakers. Also Security - while very good at main gate - with gaping holes in wall surrounding the colony is weak !!!
