★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place to be. Located right in the city center. On a burning sunday afternoon if you have craving of sumptuous food then drop in at Article 21. They serve you with warmth and delight the food of your choice be it from north indian, south indian & chinese. Article 21 offers appetisers and innovative mocktails such as Summer Splash or Red Bubblegum drink. Don't forget to try out strawberry smoothie one of personal favorites. The staff and ambience compliment each other in respect of soft spoken, respectful yet proactive team at Article 21 which is efficiently managed under the supervision of Mr. Kamal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had visited Article 21 in January 2022, and were so impressed with the quick service, ambience and food that we decided to celebrate our daughter’s birthday here. We pre booked the table for 11 pax and also told them to arrange for a cake. The chocolate truffle cake was one of the best we ever had. A variety of starters and main courses were ordered and all were upto the mark. The service was also top notch. A special thanks to Mr Kamal Sharma for arranging everything and making our daughter’s 10th birthday a memorable one!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on the lookout for a nice venue for my son’s birthday away from the hustle bustle of inner-circle at CP. I spoke with the manager Kamal and he assured us that Article 21/Preamble at CCI would fit the bill.
The ambience was great, food was good and service was excellent and all that at a cost which doesn’t pinch your pocket. I thank Kamal and his team for creating a good experience for us and would definitely recommend this restaurant for a nice family dinner with good ambience and food. We are definitely going out there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is around government offices, so many of the officials go there for lunch or snacks. I been there today, after reading the reviews here. But it's the worst experience. Ordered at 1:25 pm, the waiter asked it will take 15 minutes, but wait, it is not ending here, after 25 minutes getting over, we asked them, where is our order, no response, just 'Its coming'. But wait.. after 40 minutes, we again asked, and the same answer, 'Its coming'. Actually it came, after more 7 minutes but half of our order. Rest of two items in two equal installments. What? When said this to a waiter he said "there is another hotel as well, we have short staff". To bhaiya order mt lo na.. or close this. After a moment the manager came apologizing. But what is the point, a lot of time wasted for their 'its coming'. We had the regular dal roti chawal sabzi order, nothing fancy that it could take a lot of time. They actually served lot of ppl who came later, they ordered, been served and they left as well but we were sitting with empty table, no no actually they kept plates on table.. what generous they are. A lady sitting there who was with a senior officer, I guess, because of badge he was wearing, she came later and ordered and served, one thing he demanded and three ppl rushed with the bowl. How pretty one could think the service is. The discrimination.
I recommend, if u have lot of time to waste or have a lot to chit chat with whom u r going with and not bothering for order, only then u can go. Rest, have your own experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had starters and dinner there. Very tasty food. Very nice service. Staff is very polite. Although menu has limited options but the dishes are tasty. Tandoori mushroom is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there with my family a couple of times and it's always been a lovely experience. Each dish, especially Indian food is too good and gives us a sense of home, but tastier. The service is impeccably good and the hospitality is always top-notch. The ambience of the place is beautiful and well maintained as well. I'd say it's a great place to take your family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Article 21 is an amazing place! Loved the ambience, staffs are very friendly and great service. The food is yum!
Have visited twice and tried both Veg and Non Veg dishes. They were great. Economic enough.
Suggestion - Not really like the drinks over their (Tried Strawberry ice tea and Watermelon Mojito). Would recommend to change the recipe or improvise. Other than drinks rest the menu items are great!
