I had to get my product redirected to a different city as we were having problems with pick up from original destination. But they made sure my dupatta reached on time and also didn't charge for redirection. I have received a beautiful piece of art( almost too pretty to wear), it will a family heirloom for my next generation. I will highly recommend buying from Artisan Bandhani.
