★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been having a lot of problems with my RO filter. Got it fixed by a few companies but the filter kept failing. Finally, I called Artiv. They are extremely courteous and on-time. They respected my personal options and explained the problem clearly. Instead of selling me a new filter, they saved me money by fixing the root cause of the problem. They suggested that I put an external pre-filter that protects the expensive internal components. I strongly recommend their service.
