I am learning Mandala Therapy from Payal online because of the pandemic and I must say that if anyone is looking for help with spiritual or any kind of mental and emotional limitations, they should definitely take these classes. I personally was suffering from anxiety and was on pills and I have seen a tremendous difference in my nature as well as my coping mechanism. You just need to do your homework and be committed to your growth. Knowing how to draw is not at all a requirement as Payal is great with teaching you that. I can show you my before after pictures and the difference came within a span of 20 days only.

It has been a wonderful experience learning painting and sketching over here. It is a place where I feel safe enough to express myself freely. The artists have managed to maintain a balance between creative freedom and learning which has helped me develop the necessary skills in a holistic manner.

It was an awesome experience learning mandala art from Payal Kohli! She is sharp, intelligent, witty and a good orator! The journey began with mandalas and gradually turned into soul searching sessions. Helped me a lot in my life's journey at that point of time! We had fun interactive sessions and always looked forward to going there!

Today my pottery teacher told me that when she first went to this class of hers, back in college, for the first time in her life she felt a sense of belonging. And i like to think that this studio is exactly how she put it, "somewhere I feel like I belong." I first stepped into the studio a few months back, unbeknownst to my fate; what began as an astray thought transformed into firm steps of exploration. The entrance welcomes you with curated murals and embellishments such as a door frame molding crafted from tree branches. Admist these, the signage of “Artophobia”. Every corner of the studio is an artisanal handcraft; the walls, the windows, and even the stones are hand painted. If the warm environment is a painting, the teachers are the varnish that seals the place together. They do not just mentor you on art but will provide you insight on life and have you leave at the end of your sessions with toothy grins, on days you cannot even begin to muster sighs. Artophobia, for me, is not just an art studio, it is a feeling; that moment of ecstasy when you fit the final puzzle piece right where it belongs.
