★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my brother are planning to buy a property from ArunDev Builders in Rajasthan. We have seen a lot of people appreciating them and we have called their agents a week ago. We are happy with what we have seen till now. They have showed us a couple of houses with very good design and all. I have chosen one of them but have not finalized the deal yet. I think the price is decent too and there is no risk involved in buying property from them as they are known for their work. My brother is going to buy a 4 bhk house from them and hopefully we get the deal done soon.

I request all my friends not to invest a single penny in their projects anywhere, they are big cheeters.

One of my house developed cracks and another was quite expensive as compared to other apartments in the same locality where I was living. I lost the trust in real estate providers. Then I sold one of the houses and bought a house from Arun Dev Builders in same locality and in same price. I couldn’t believe the house was much bigger and better than the previous house but the price was exactly the same. I really loved it and made it look even better with interior designs.
