★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good collection of watches and I have brought mine from this store. It's been 14 years and required only a battery replacement. They have an in-house watch repair technician as well. Great place to buy lasting watches. :)

I bought a Casio G-Shock for 13.5K from this shop. After about 5 months, the battery died. I didn't know they aren't authorised to change the battery and I gave them for the replacement since it was under warranty. When I got it back, it was August so the watch got caught in the rain few times. After a couple days the watch got moisture in it and the next day the watch broke down. After a week I went to repair it and they asked me to show them the receipt which I didn't receive as the battery replacement was free.
When I got the watch checked out from the casio service center I got to know the O-ring was broken, which was used to keep the water out.
They ruined my 13K worth of watch because they cannot change a battery properly. I really wish I had kept the warranty card and the bill but that was my fault. It doesn't change the fact that they have a pathetic service. Would never buy from them again.

I had no doubt whatsoever that they will do a fine job. I was pleasantly surprised with their 'go above and beyond' attitude. My two branded watched needed to be fixed- they collected it from my residence (within 10 kms radius) almost immediately after I made a call and was given a cost estimate on the phone and they delivered it after fixing it. No pick up / drop off receipts were exchanged (only invoices for service delivered) Totally trustworthy and the job will be done well. Very happy and assured with their reasonable prices and excellent service . I am a happy customer.

And also, once they know your choice, they'll should you the best watches by themselves. If you are going to buy one, you ought to visit- Citizen, Titan, Casio, Fossil, Guess and what not, they have all of it. They also have a gadget store in there.
