★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice sized apartment with poor quality construction. Management body is third graded and arrogant especially President Mr. Santosh Thakur and Manager Mr. Rajveer. Both person are egoistic and shrewd.

12 year old building with 2 lifts in each wing
Building lacks maintenance ..
Small well maintained park is there for kids
Cleanliness of complex is good
2 BHKs are decent in size
Bother open and covered parking options are there
Visitors parking not allowed inside building but yes if you insist then security guard may allow parking ..Subject to availability of open parking ..
Complex is close to ram pal chowk ..And market and nearby metro station is 1 km form here limited DTC bus service is there from front building gate ..
Shared auto and e-bikes rikshaw are available from 300 meter distnace
Overall nice place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious apartment with proper cross ventilation & day light. 24×7 water & electricity supply. Nice place to stay , having a beautiful garden for the children to play. Just loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was on a visit to a relative staying here. I wonder what society is doing... maintenance of the building is very crucial now else soon or later it will collapse.. there are cracks in the building, cobwebs every where, garbage n sewage lekage in few corners, dusty and building colour changed from white and blue to Black... please take care of the place where you live. Location wise it's very good..
