1. Road to the location is in pretty bad shape. If you love off-roading then u might like it
2. Management shows total lack of responsibility regarding basic facilities like cleanliness, basic toiletries(tissues, Soap, Hand towel) and in house maintenance (broken Flush, broken faucet etc)
3. Food Quality is below average I won’t even give it 1/2 Star
4. Management not friendly made us to make full payment of the stay before hand
Big story short: Even though Location is Good Management and Facilities Maintenance is a BIG Issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long overdue post meaning to write. My family members are truly nature lovers and this place was apt for us.
This place is not meant for people who want luxury.
The scenic beauty of this place is mesmerizing, especially to sit on the swing during the sunset.
It is not a luxury resort at all but people are at your beck and call.
The food is simple village kind of food. You cannot expect varieties but you are sure to get healthy and nutritious food like poha, dal rice, etc.
The lady also made us a Maharashtrian dish on our special request at no additional charge at all. This truly shows their humbleness.
As it is a typical farm area, obviously the roads are not developed and are kachha road, but all those who are fond of beauty and want to be away from the hustle and bustle it is an apt resort for you.
He has only 4 cottages so not many guests also to make noise unless you are unlucky and a large group comes for a day's picnic.
The walk outside the resort through the fields is something that has been stuck on my mind even months after this one night trip.
The best way I liked though the rooms were basic, they were clean. I am reiterating that people who expect luxury services, this place ain't for you. All those looking out for fully developed roads, this place ain't for you. This place is truly for the ones who wants to enjoy a farm stay and wants to be close to the nature. MTDC boat club is 25 mins away, like that it is very close by but due to kachha roads it takes time.
I can't wait to go back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent place to stay. Just that the place is quite inaccessible due to the roads being pathetic. The place is good with many animals and you can see the sun rise from the backwaters. You won't be able to commute in and out of the city from this place as it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to drive.

Go with least expectations. Rooms service is poor. No soup, towel, napkins, etc. Toilet and bathroom utilities is in bad condition.
Food quality is also average.
Charges of rs 1500 per person seems very high.. You feel badly cheated while leaving.
Only thing to enjoy is the beutifull nature around and the company of friends and family..
