Easily Accessible from the airport road, this will be one of the very few projects in north Bangalore with that accessibility at affordable price. Being under the elevated high way, there is no future worries on a traffic congestion too. Neighboring the 3000 acres GKVK campus with open space and trees add value to this project. Water streams could be plenty. A potential metro line could be added advantage.
