★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady sitting on a reception is full of attitude. She will not give a proper answers to your queries and will force to visit the agency for 3-4 time just to Terminate my connection. Never take connection from this agency. Even the owner who beside her is not saying a single word for his employees pathetic and rude behaviour. These guys are just truly illeterates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service , they charge extra rs. 118 for installation service and they will just keep the gas cylinder and go , and talk very rudely if possible do not take Bharat gas from here. They even do not deliver on time we have to call daily to confirm if he coming to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying alone, I have not refilled cylinder since long time, my account was deactivate, after that I called distributor he told me submit your documents again after that your account activated, I don’t have time to visit agency, I ask to distributor (Amit) can I submit documents online or can I mail you, He reply share your all documents on WhatsApp, next day My account has been activated.
Very helpful gas agency and more helpful employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agencies public have bad attitude problem,in future they pay for it. i have complaint about cylinder distributor guy behavior ( who charge more than receipt amount,Arrogant,showing worst attitude,never helpful) the owner suggested to me you can stop our services anytime. pathetic !!! don't go with this agencies ,they dont seem guilty with his poor services. may be they dont want to survive this competitive market. ONE STAR = NO STAR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. The people in this organisation have no manners and disconnect phone on your face, I dont have a bike and I cannot pick cylinder from 2km and walk home. All I expect was just to have them drop my cylinder near my lane and I could take it from there. But they say meeting in a high alert zone in this situation was safe. All people gathering to get their cylinder in line was safe, than leaving it out of my lane. Kudos to the person who thought about customer's and their own employees safety?. I want to speak with the manager of bharat gas, need to apply for an official complaint. No one seems to help! Please help me with a contact number for complaints or let me know if we need to go to the office to lodge a complaint in this sensitive situation?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked my cylinder 2 weeks back considering everything will be locked down.I have not received my cylinder yet. Agency people and even the delivery man are not receiving call now. Delivery man had answered my call only once and he said he won't be delivering and I will have to collect my cylinder from agency. I am not having any vehicle. Also the public trasport is not operational. How am I supposed to bring cylinder from agency alone? I also saw that HP gas cylinder are being delivered at my neighbours place. Why can't bharat gas be delivered then?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bharat Gas provider in wadgaon sheri area. They also do home delivery with no extra cost. Their office opens between 10am to 5 pm. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cylinder delivery person calls at 6.47 AM saying he is coming in 5 mins to deliver the cylinder. Is this a time to deliver a cylinder?? So early in the morning! Upon asking why so early, excuse is ready that it's due to lockdown. Well, according to Maharashtra Government, cylinder delivery is not affected and can be carried out without any issue during the day.
Upon asking the cylinder delivery person to come after 9 AM, he initially agreed, however, never turned up.
The office no. provided on Google and by the service provider are not reachable at all.
As a consumer, how do I react to this harassment?
