It hasn't been a long time since I am working here...but it never felt new and unfamiliar. Everyone is so warm and respectful towards each other. Moreover, one gets so much to learn from the seniors. I intend to grow with this company.
Cons
Nothing as such. I am pretty happy to be a part of this company.

I think most of IT company need quantity work, but in Arvs IT Solutions always need quality work and it’s can help for growth and learn.
Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The Director is highly Supported and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team.
Great Work culture, Best of talented colleagues, Flexible working hours, team meetings, trip, office fun activities these all helping for relaxing work.
Just an awesome place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with Arvs IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teammates : I have met few very good teammates in the project , few managers were really good and few not .
Training :It doesn't matter whatever you are trained or not . People need to do thing whatever technology is assigned to them in project . If your luck doesn't suit,you might learn new technology in each and every project . I belong to web development . Project tenure is very less (4 to 6 months)
Job Security :There is no job security if you don't work hard and properly , connection with higher management works but there is no politics.
Career Growth is pathetic.
Salary is good . But variable pay is not very high .and in most of the case they don't give the full amount of variable pay after the full year by showing the excuse of company's poor result or next year's high growth rate target .
Travel :I don't travel .
Work Environment is good .It is full of enjoy.
Work life balance is also good.
I met few knowledgeable people here who are helpful as well . Salary is good somehow though the hike is very slow.
