★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a Honda Jazz from this dealership. During the sale, they allotted me a showroom car when i had explicitly told them that I did NOT want a showroom display car. Since i had taken a photo of the display car VIN during my showroom visit, I realized it was the showroom car they were trying to sell me. When i confronted them with this, they claimed ignorance and system error. This was a total lie since their system showed only one car in inventory and that was the one standing in the showroom. Although they are otherwise a good dealership, please be aware of such situation when you buy.
They will also try to push car service prior to when it's due. You can expect repeated phone calls even when your car service is not due. For 6 month service they will start calling you right from the 3rd month itself. It's only after repeated escalations they promised to stop calling. I hope they keep their word. Very frustrating.
