β β β β β Best place to practice yoga under the supervision of trained teachers. Each and every teacher is very enthusiastic to take their student to the next level. Arya sir and Anil sir are the two strong pillars of this academy. I highly recommend Arya Yoga Academy classes for those who wants to start yoga and for those who want to take their practice to advanced level.

I always use to think that Yoga has everything to do with physical fitness, but here I have experienced that Yoga is a blend of both physical and mental well being. β β β β β My experience at Arya Power yoga Academy has been amazingly great! The teachers are highly trained themselves and know exactly how to teach every kind of student. Led by Master Arya, there is something for everyone at this Academy whether you are a beginner, intermediate or an advanced trainee. The focus is on the breathe, holistic healing along with asana practice. I highly recommend this place and glad to have joined it.

β β β β β I started online classes with Arya Yoga academy in April 2020 as I donβt reside in India but though instructors cannot see students real time it doesnβt feel like youβre not getting attention. They provide substitutions for various skill levels and keep you motivated and push you to do your best. I have seen improvement in my flexibility, strength and balance. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to start or continue on their Yoga journey.

The passion, enthusiasm and care with which the Yogacharyas conduct the classes is commendable.
I appreciate their patience, calmness and above all the expertise that every single acharya has is credit worthy. Every single minute I spend there is a step towards improvising on my stamina, strength, patience, will power and many other aspects of my personality.
All our acharyas be it Arya sir, Anil sir, Sumit sir or Nishant sir, each one of them comes up with a lot of innovative and creative ideas that encourages in performing the postures in a fun way, plus the kind of attention that they pay to every single student is noteworthy, be it a beginner or a regular practitioner everyone gets equal and undivided attention.
I can't thank Arya Power Yoga academy enough. Simply love being there, it energises me for the day and relaxes my mind.
One has to experience the ambience, energy, aura and the positivity that makes APY a place to reckon for yoga lovers.
