★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst vehicle dealer services i have ever experienced till date and i dont think any kind of vehicle dealer would be giving this kind of pathetic vehicle after sales services... hostile behaviour from the staff and the dealer...
worst services from the vespa india...
irresponsible warranty policies...
they charged me half of the amount for the repairs of the engine of vespa SXL 150 CC even if the engine was covered under warranty..
pls beware from this type of people...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baught new vespa xl from them in cash. They don't give CRtem docs and sale latter and other docs up to 4 days we have to present that docs in Concern RTO in 7 days. So not interested in after sale service. Daily saying that tomorrow we will give. Pathetic service. Please confirm these docs availablity if you are planning to buy a scooter from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor administration services and also rude behavior by the staff specially of H.O. branch jamnagar. I purchased vespa VFX from rajkot which is closed and it had partnership with Jamnagar H.O. My bill was made by H.O. Jamnagar branch and i faced lots of issues regarding my vehicle and also facing till the date. They just have goal of sale rather than customer satisfaction. They didn't give me adequate documentation on purchase of vehicle. Hope you will take this review in consideration and improve your services.
