★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake property. Builder is bankrupt. They don't have money. Don't fell into the trap. They will not give pre emi, they will not start the project, they will not even cancel. They don't have fear of rera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My children booked Two flats in the B1Block of the apartment, Booking time the staff told us that we will get possession in March2021,But for one month there is no progress,I request the builder to see the work personally, complete this project & give us possession. But Now I am satisfied as my elder son got possession in the said apartment in March 2022 after the registration & while my younger son has already cancelled the deal. Thanks to the management for the cooperation.
