★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a bike ( TVS Apache 160 4v ) from this dealer on 08/11/2019 . As per policy we were supposed to receive the RC of bike within 30 days of the purchase but the dealer didn't initiate the RC process with RTO by then. After that in second week of January, the dealer provided RC which had incorrect name of the owner. We asked the dealer to get the name corrected.
Now it has been almost 4 months and we didn't revieve the RC of our vehicle yet. The dealer keeps on procastinate the issue saying that he will provide RC tomorrow.
It feels like we did a mistake buying bike from this dealer. Horrible experience.
