1. They speak very sweetly during enquiry and they don't care once you make the purchase
2. They quote one price at booking time and increase the price at delivery time. This happened to a lot of customers. When I asked about the price increase referring to reviews, they ensured it will not happen but eventually I ended up paying 4k extra. I trusted the sweet words of these guys even after reading the reviews online. Don't trust them.
3. They took almost one month to get my bike registered which should happen in 1 week. Generation of invoice itself took 3 weeks. They finally gave number plate because I threatened to file complaint with consumer court regarding their service.
4. Service is pathetic. Sick of these guys.
If you still go to these guys for purchase, only God can help you.

Came out as a happy customer.
It's just normal servicing costed me 2k which is expensive. Rs.400 for shampoo was, too expensive. But bike was shining like never before. Everything has their pros and cons.

Very pathetic and worst service @suzuki2wheelers I wont be recommend anyone to go with this. No proper resolution and no response. Unhappy with service @suzukicycles #SuzukiIndia.

β β β β β Please don't buy any bikes from while buying he will speak very good but when it comes to service he won't response any thing it's worsts service ever kindly I request everyone not to buy anyone at B narayan Pura branch mahadevapura and while talking he speaks like giving bad words the person name is Jagdish Kumar. customers please don't even buy any bikes I prefer to buy in some other showrooms in Bangalore
