Had taken their AMC for 2 computers.
Windows crashed made us change the hard disk first and still same thing happened then made us change mother board still couldn't solve problem so again the onus is on hard disk so get it changed .
Segate sent a new hardisk and again the hardisk has problem.
Boss i think your engineer doesn't understand problem.
Change everything of computer and it will be alright ( in my case ony ram is yet to be replaced.)
for abt 4-6 months this circus was going on..
No standby support and when all this time we get a standby pc they ask for extra money to get it on.
They will want you to purchase things from them . If they cant solve problems and do their work what will they do if the part is faulty.
They say we can match prices.. i would say that even if you give me a lesser price i wont purchase things from you.
When their engineer comes he says that for standby put a new power source ( in-short purchse it from us). I say that if my original pc can be started then why should i buy a power source from you. Then after taling to all their bosses one by one in the end they say that they will refund my remaining AMC amount ...
In short look before taking their services.
And yes the five stars is given by their own people.
