★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest municipality in the area. The heart of the Raniganj Coal Field. Very helpful for the inhabitants of the town. But the location is very bad. It is situated on junction of NH 60 and Raniganj rail road. So basically it is situated on that place where there should be a traffic check point. It should be transferred to another well connected location.
