We travelled from Chhindwara to Parasia just for the show and it got cancelled as the staff didn't started the first show on time. It was a 3:15 show and got cancelled at 6:01 which totally wasted our time and money.

Multiplex shows depand on 16 people all shows was not active and didnt any notification facilities over there.gaming zone was totally closed and one or two shops was active.bata showroom haven't stocks.and public service like parking and employee behavior wasn't like a mall.feeling was local shopping market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic management and services....Me and my family went for watching #KashmirFiles at this multiplex evening show ...but there they hold all customers for about 1.5 hours for giving reason of technical issue and after that they suddenly cancelled the show and refused to refund us there owner mr.nitin yadav came and misbehave with ladies and try to act goon ..... don't ever go to this multiplex they have repeatedly complaints of unprofessional management ....there shows times never be on time ....they never compensate you for your loss of time because they don't care customer suffering......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phathetic experience, pathetic mall unprofessional management we booked tickets for kashmir files but they haven't start the show and at sudden they cancelled the show by giving some technical issue, they even Refused to Refund us, the owner Mr nitin Yadav came and misbehave with the customers and he is try to act goon and wanted to suppress customers, I request to every body never ever go to this mall and specially there multiplex services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best and the most comfortable multiplex in Chhindwara. The two Audi's are quite well made and the screens of the two Audi's are pretty good. Even the sound quality is the best among all the Cinemas of Chhindwara....

Sound quality not good in the theatre ?
Did not feel ?️ BASS of music...
Need to improve sound quality ? plus increase the screen quality ??️ too....
But I give you 3 star ⭐ because you guys is the only person who release my favourite film in the whole Chhindwara...
