★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception girl is totally fraud. They do phone booking and later on no sense of how to talk to customers. They even waited for hours to assign some makeup artist. They are just using the brand name. Their service are worst than normal saloon. Never go to them as totally money and time wastage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give this pitampura branch 0 star if there is an option..I asked them for global and highlights..first they made me wait for 2 hrs. After that they said we all r busy so come at 6-6:30 and we will take 4-5 hrs in ur hair as you have already used color..then they checked my hair after insisting n then after 20 mins told me that you can only get global. Highlights are not possible.. otherwise u ll get patches..they are the only one who told me highlights cannot be done .really disappointed with this branch n their staff...pls don't visit them..want to sue them for wasting my time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not at all hygienic. Their staff was roaming without mask and they were not even sainitizing seats or asking their customer to use them. On top of that. Guy at reception is fraud. They will overcharge you and they will never give you receipt for that. When you ask them for the receipt , they will say that you will receive it on your phone.... and you will never gonna receive it. All you will receive an sms from them saying" thanks for visiting ash and neil.. rate us on google". So 1 star for you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I had gone a month ago and it was a good experience. However, today it was drastically different and not a pleasant one. The guy was new and didn't gice the same quality haircut. Also, he wasn't a trained professional.
