★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a villa in Ashadeep Rainbow in September 2020. At the time of purchase Ashadeep Representative saying that you have to submit 1 lakh as maintenance amount for maintaining society for five year but at the end of December 2020 they are sending Bill of Rs 2207/- without any prior information.
Ashadeep group staff's behaviour is very bad with resident they are imposing there own terms and condition with resident.Ashadeep Rainbow...please don't go on the name...its services are pathetic..I m a resident in this society have purchased villa last year it's been only 6 months and I feel highly highly disappointed...
1. The construction quality is 4th grade..in 2 months only we have to get walls tiles etc maintainace work done...that too is not done properly
2. Whole villa is facing the "Dampness" (SEELAN) in all the walls..even in living area where there is no work of water.
3. The tiles in the villa and washrooms are not fixed in symmetry
4. At the time of purchase..the sales representative sugar coated his words that I have to submit 1 Lakh rupees for 5 yrs free maintainance...however just after 2 months of purchase we are receiving maintainace bills without any prior information.
5. The staff and the builder's representatives behaviour is very rude and truly not acceptable
7. Kindly don't go with the name of Ashadeep...coz "Unchi dukan feeke Pakwan"
8. I would have give negative rating....but do not have option to.
9. I would highly recommend please don't buy any property in Ashadeep Builder's project...because they just trap u and make a loot of u.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New emerging residential township project by Ashadeep group with villas and 2BHK apartments towers. This is well designed and beautiful project and is highly recommended place to invest in the villas and apartment/flats. Marketing office is located at the entrance and all the villas are already sold whereas bookings and sale of apartment is open. The entire project is expected to be completed by end of 2021. Construction of Villas is complete, 30-40% of families had already shifted and apartment towers are under construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder... If you want to take revenge on someone.. I would suggest you to recommend them to buy home made by this builder.
One word "Pathetic", while assking for maintenance happily and with smile. 1 lac only sir and now bills are being imposed on us of 2 k plus.. for what??
For supplying water.. amazing.. a society made by builder. Now providing water and charging for it.
Who the hell will buy a villa in society where basic needs are charged falsely.
Think would you buy .. if the builder will charge you to provide water?? Also, when you already paid 1lc maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashadeep Rainbow. This is where you can see the villas of 2B.: Erase Here the arrangements for cleaning and drinking water have been made. Every day a garbage truck comes here for garbage. There are parks and many types of swings for children to play: Their price will be around 45 lakhs In which you have a kitchen hole and 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and to increase the load, and above the balcony and end room, it is very good.
