★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indirapuram has very few low rise residential societies one of them is this. Located 200 meters from NH-24. Great eye catching infrastructure which probably will remind you any colony base in UK, USA etc. All most every amenities are here but just one problem. Water is very hard here in this whole area and hence residents may face long term problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample of greenery, low rise and friendly neighborhood makes it a heavenly place to stay. Besides all the amenities are there at the vicinity and is safely guarded. All festivals are celebrated with equal gusto and fervour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to Live. Only three story Building provide only 3 flats on one plot. A number of good facilities like Park, Children Park, Club, Gym, Market just at Entrance Gate etc are added on feature. Life is beautiful here if you enjoy life with your family and friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Green and well maintained society but parking for resident's are adjacent to road Which is not enough to park vehicles and raod is also narrow, road should be much wider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House no 138, rent was agreed 14000, and security deposit 20k.
20k deposit was given in advance, when we arrived to flat, owner started to give instruction like where we can put plant in house and where we should not, which gate we will keep close always..
And lot of things. .. Seems like we are kids joining a boarding school and getting instruction for each and every thing..
Also one of my friend seen same flat with broker and main lock key was used by broker at that time.
But landlord denied and said that there is no key and we need to use our own lock.
I didn't understand why owner took 20k as security if he was scared that tenant will harm his flat. . . He can easily deduct amount if see anything not going good and also without his noc tenant can't leave flat...
This is really surprising and unfortunately we also lost one thousand rupees that was used to process police verification and agreement.
Very frustrating.. And shows immaturity of flat owner.
