★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a heart hospital. Staffs are very cooperative. My doctor Shri Bhaskar Shah is very intelligent n very friendly nature. His advices are excellent. I recommend to all heart patients to visit him only. I have complete faith n he is having positive energy. He is God to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital I have ever seen my mother in law is admitted to hospital to 11oct 2020 at night 10 clock where by hospital takes all medial & then I have been informed that on 13Oct 2020 there would be 2D test & Stress Test where by patient is not yet been informed about fasting which is been required for stress test from such a big hospital medical staff as well as seniors doctors when asked by at afternoon whether we shud give something to patient at that time we have been told no you can’t give anything as fasting is required which was not yet been informed in advance from medical staff plus over and above that when such issue has been raised to head nurse and senior doctors it is very professionally being ignored and given reason stating that staff has changed we can’t do anything for same . Doctors also when I narrated case to them they simply had the odesity to ignore case entire hospital where when stress test machine does not work due to which patient had to suffer & entire day patient was fasting and then patient had food that to given by hospital at night 10 clock what’s d use for same . Who is to blame for such a case where such lack of professional working and they are just there playing around with patient & der money least bothered about services & patient health .
Would always advice to never ever admit anyone der whatever emergency may arises as this hospital knows how to fool around with paitent & make money simply .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad admited in 19 nov 2020 he is filling tired i took appointement on 19th at 11am doctor dr bhaskar shah came online at 4 oclock he told us so many changes came in Ecg you have to admit now
I admited my dad after glucouse dad feel better he told me i am fine now. And their hospital nurse also told me patient is ok. So we will shift in another room bcz he dont need icu they nurses dont have manners how to talk .in night also my dad suffering problem he is not able to sleep he is continuesly telling Dr, nurses and after that nurse gave them tablet for sleeping which is so powerful .still my dad no able to sleep Next day in the morning morning my dad did brush and he talk all nurses he walk in the hospital and then go to the his room then he just have problem in breathing after that my brother was with him he called doctor and nurse they come assistance dr. Patel and nurse not trying to handle patient they were very slow when i go there dr patel just standing nothing anything they doing i ask them then he said he expired. I think dr bhaskar shah was not there so assistance doctor and nurse not taking care patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underpaid staff lacks empathy to treat patients nicely. Multiple lapses during the course of treatment which led to multiple complications and heart failure. Dr. Bhaskar is a very busy person and comes for regular rounds at 2AM! Attending RMO and other head nurses were very rude and not sensitive to patients needs. Doesn't know how to communicate with patients who are sick and are in the pain.
If you have an option go to some other nursing home and avoid falling into this trap which may make you worse than what you had to begin with.
