★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly maintained rooms. Dull lighting, paint worn off, dark lift. No kettle in room. Bathroom is horrible, feels like worst public toilet. And to top it all, exorbitant prices for rooms- above 2000rs! This is Not even worth 500rs per night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoroughly disappointedCons:1)bathroom jet spray continuous leaking water2) phone in room was not working approx tried for 25-26 times but they didn't change it they gave card that call by your mobileWhen we needed drinking water they didn't pick up mobile call also so my wife went down stairs in middle of night tried to woke up staff then finally security uncle came and gave water bottle from the restaurant3)hot water not coming.4) bucket was there but tumbler was not there5)tv was there but no channels coming6) swimming pool was there but under maintenance.7)in the restaurant when we ordered butter naan they gave it but on reorder for naan they gave butter roti Instead when asked they replied it's naan only...!!!!8) when we told that it's t20 world cup please do something for channels they told ok we will do it, then they didn't do anything then again told after half hour, nothingThen again told with frustration, then even after that, nothing.9) one towel in bathroom for two guests10)Room and other amenities not present in room are1)shoe shine2)shower cap3)hanger4)safe5)centre table6)hot water7)wifi8)dining table9)dental kit10) electric kettle11) telephone ( as it wasn't working)12) swimming pool13)tv Final verdict:0/5 on arrival, they don't know my bookingFew pros:1) food was tasty ,and good quality, restaurant staaf helped in making our child's breakfast2) security fellow woke up staff and provided bucket of hot water3) hotel is on highway and near zoo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We checked in on 27 dec, they given us 104 no room, we enter in room and see room not cleaned, we informed to reception and they changed my room and shift me in 107 , that room is cleaned but TV channel not available and we ask for hot water they replied hot water available in only morning after discussed they agree start common terrace geyser for hot water but after 15 min hot water not available in tap, we again ask for hot water, one person come and check in bathroom and he told that shower tap not working, we give another room, again they shift ?me in 208, but there also hot water not available, at last I decided to leave hotel, but room service person agree to give me 2 bucket of hot water from kichen, after 20 min he arranged 2 bucket of hot water. Next day again in morning hot water not available from tap again we complain to reception and he arranged 2 bucket of water after 30 minutes.. I realized I spent for good service but i struggled for basic servise like hot water. I have a very worse experience on that day, I decided never visit this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel with good hotel look from outside and Lawn area. Staff was so polite and helpful. Only bad point is room lock and bath accessories not working as expected like shower and all.
