My experience with this eye hospital is very bad. We had 3 to 4 members in our family who visited regularly there and got the same experience.
Following are the points want to mention.
1. Doctors never comes on time. If you make an appointment on phone they do not consider it, on phone the attendant will says that she have noted down the name, but when you visit you have to wait for at least 1 to 3 hours. This is very bad for people who have a busy schedule.
2. Only cares for patient who come to hospital for first time, after that they will treat you but never consider your preference. Will not take appointment over phone.
3. You got to visit to hospital for multiple times, some time weekly and wait for 2 to 3 hours, which is very bad.
4. Some of the medicines prescribed is only available on medicine store below the hospital. On Sunday this medicine store is usually Off, in such cases you can travel to whole sale market or to Ramdaspeth (Parmanand And Sons Medical Stores, RamdasPeth). I know this, because once I visited nearly 15 medical store to buy medicine when that store was off and didnt got and then got it at Ramdaspeth.
We have changed the hospital, this is best thing we have done.
