★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review as I inch towards the end of my coaching time with Ashish. I signed up with him last April for his 6 months coaching program and then decided to extend it to a one year program with my extended goals.
I had come to India two years ago with a promotion and a new responsibility from my company's new venture in Gurgaon. Having worked in London & Berlin for many years, One of the reasons I was here was to find a new meaning to life I was living. I had just been over with a bitter divorce battle and had moved to India in hope of a new peaceful and calm life. But it was a little unsettling for me to be in a new place here.
Teressa introduced me to Ashish (Thanks Terry) and I was quite apprehensive of meeting a coach here in Gurgaon. I came to know with time that Ashish was quite popular coach for expats in Gurgaon
In the first talk itself, I decided to signup and lined up my goals.
Today when I look back, I see my goals met, and my life totally transformed to a new paradigm. Much happier, lighter and easier with myself, I am now ready to go back to Berlin for my new assignment.
Ashish will always be my coach, friend, philosopher & guide, wherever in the world I stay. Much gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my coaching sessions with Ashish sir after my increasing unhappiness both at office and home. It was a low time for me both in personal and professional life. I had signed up for his 8 weeks self discovery and development program. He helped me discover my abilities and also bring my self esteem back to me.
He is a great motivator and I can see so many changes in the way I see myself and the rest of the world now. It is the same office and same office, but now the changes in my own persona is helping me move ahead and take change of things at both these places.
I thank with wholeheartedly for helping me move in a new happy direction of life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my relationship counselling sessions with Ashish Sehgal about three months ago and then soon my husband also joined with me. I am glad that this has worked out well for both of us and after almost 19 years of marriage, I am again feeling the comfort, love and security I was missing in my marriage.
In the past few years, I had visited and met many people like astrologers, tarot readers, past life experts, and they all could only make me feel even worse about myself. I could understand a lot of reasons but none of these helped me get what I want.
Ashish's methods of focusing now what I want, rather than making me have reasons, was new to me, so I was confused initially, but soon, when I saw changes happening in my family life, I was convinced to request my husband to meet him. This changed so much for me and him.
My teenage son also has benefited from his sessions on peak performance coaching and is doing better in school exams.
I recommend Ashish's methods with full confidence. He is a humble man with a lot of experience and I think he is the best in his field.
