★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a flat there. Best residential non-cooperative housing society in durgapur. Pros- (1) Good construction (2) educated people (who are also friendly neighbours) stay here. (3) Having all amenities of a good apartment complex. (4) Mission hospital and DPS durgapur is very nearby. (5) Secured premises— no worries at all. (6) Very active society participating in all major festivals& cultural functions... Cons- (1) Public transport is a worry. MUST own a car/ 2w for commutation. (2) Maintenance charges are a bit high.
