★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my board exams here.Located near Rabindra Sadan, this school is quite renowned.But the stairs were old-fashioned,and we really had difficulty during exam time,in climbing to the second floor classrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never admit your child here.I took admission in class 11 and just attended the class for 1 month.Then i changed it.It is just horrible.The chemistry mam was busy in whatsapp when the students were doing risky experiments.Teachers neven solve ur doubts.Mist of the time the washrooms are dirty and have no water.There is no soap and dustbin even.No privacy.The male sweepers enter the washroom whenever they feel like.Teachers are very incooperative.All your money will be wasted if u give ur child here.

A very AWESOME school with the most BRILLIANT faculty and the teachers are so FRIENDLY AND CARING along with students who are soooo POLITE, I think its a school where your future can CHANGE FOREVER. The INFRASTUCTURE is indeed AWESOME. Not only that also ACADEMIC RESULTS are SOOO GOOD for every student and the best part NO PARTIALITY takes place NEITHER BULLYING. TEACHERS are very UNDERSTANDING TOO as they undertand a students problem. Im glad to say I was an AHS student too. I REALLY had a GREAT EXPERIENCE here. I'm giving only one star because google sets up one star by default or else this school is worth 0 stars or maybe even less.
If you want to join this school then I think I told you everything about this school so its upto you whether you want to join this school or not. Other reviews are given by the favourite darlings of AHS but its not the case. I gave my class 10 board results here and I REGRET that I left the school since Im not CONCERNED much about my future. Remember... you've been warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If by chance you are going through the review of this horrendous school then I beg you to not destroy your child's life appointing her this school I am a pass out and I have spent 6 years in this school
The faculty in this school is horrible the teacher's are all old and are tired of their job for instance I once went to my biology teacher to ask her why she did not give me marks what was my mistake she straight up answered me by saying "stop nagging me " think of it you are paying so much money for your daughters future so that she learns properly yet she is coming home depressed because she couldnt understand her mistske her doubts were not cleared.
The principal Mrs. madhumita sengupta she has the worst attitude if you want to visit her its impossible to meet her and not at all approachable. She only cares about attendance if it's not 75 percent then you will not get a study leave before board examination.
Have you ever heard that a teacher lost a board project which was supposed to be preserved as evidence for a board candidate well this school lost my class 12 chemistry and I had to redo my project along with my studies 1 week before my exams began.
The staff is horrible if you ask them any query then they will reply it in the worst manner making you feel guilty.
This school was once really good but then it degraded horribly.
So I'm repeating this again DO NOT waste your money and your daughter's life by sending her to this school.
It's one of the worst schools in kolkata.
Like I don't know how these schools run under cbse affiliation.
