Ashok Nursing Home was started by Dr Deepa Singh and Dr Ashok Singh in May 1977 as a 5 bedded Gynecological center. Over the years it was slowly expanded to now stand proud as a 60 bedded multi- specialty center which is gaining more and more popularity every passing day. This has only been possible due to the selfless dedication of our team of doctors, nurses and other staff, who aim for perfection and quality in every aspect of patient care.
This hospital provide total Healthcare for Gynecology & Obstetrics, General & Laparoscopic Surgery, Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatric & Neonatology & Physiotherapy treatment under one roof. It is a 60 bedded hospital with indoor facility providing Deluxe, Private, Semi-private rooms supported by fully equipped Hi-Tech Operation Theatre complex with latest instruments & Accessories and state of the art ICU and NICU with 24 hours Emergency facilities. This Hospital has a very well Versed, Qualified & Experienced team of Doctors who are dedicated to provide their services to humanity round the clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital has pathetic serivce in my life time, we are visiting this nursing home for consultation of Mrs. Deepa Singh.It has been our 05th visit, we have not been able to meet her.
Apart from this, the hospital doesn't have facility of Emailing the reports, they want us to visit the nursing home for collection of report. I dont know what is their plan in COVID time for avoding unnecessary visit of pateints and their concerned.
its very unfortunate we opted serives of this hosiptal, i wish people may chose other hosiptal apart from this pathetic hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a hospital this is a commercial center....normal deliveries are converted into cesarean...my experience was something similar to GABBAR movie...where all staff do drama.
Till 8 months everything is fine...but they want delivery before proper time and they will scare you for baby's health....don't visit in 9th month for regular check that too when delivery date is near. Although my baby is in good health but due to cesarean my wife's health got compromised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I had. I have never seen such doctors and staff .Everyone is money minded in this hospital from a sweeper, maids, nurses, junior doctor as well as senior doctors. They don't bother about the health of patients. I really request from Delhi govt to cease such hospitals and must take some action against these doctors and their staff.
Doctors are equal to God but here I have seen how these days doctors take the health of patients for granted. I really want to give zero rating to this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst health Services, Non Hygenic, Non Responsible and Misbehaving by Staff if you talk about hygiene and Safety precautions to safeguard yourself against Corona.
Dr Deepa Singh not attending any patient now a days
Nurses and Staff wearing masks very rarely and Not using gloves while changing canula or attending any admitted patients
They will ask you to buy PPE KIT For drs but not using and returning to Chemists from backdoor.
This Hospital is far below in standard, even from Govt Hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally pathetic hospital and doctor richa and doctor deepa aggarwal are not even deserving to be called as doctors. They treat their patients so badly unnecessary exaggerated things and didnt even treat their patient. Extremely nonsense staff and receptionist has so much attitude as if she is the boss there. Also doctors are so irresponsible and pathetic they dont even check their patients in the name of covid even when patient is covid negative. They just ask for ridiculous appointment fees everytime. This hospital should be reported

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i can not rate this nursing home because it is very poor doctor deepa is there only to make bill . staff is very poor , receptionist is very poor my baby was in nursery for 2 days just to make bill , also to ensure that i make payment & main highlight is that " they did not remove canulla of my baby " also they have not given me any investigation reports to me at the time of discharge. poor room , poor staff , poor doctor deepa,

Hygiene - not good. Mosquitos in water filter area. Bathrooms smelling. Floors, rooms r clean.
Staff - highly courtious. All seem happy and free. Though all become extra attentive wen Dr. Deepa visits.
Gyno - all Dr r cool, informative. Dr Dont refer unnecessary tests and medicines. This can be good and bad both.
Child Delivery - your total bill will b roughly 60000 no matter normal or caesarian. So, there is nothung like greed for money as both cases have same charges.
Canteen - small, not clean.
Chemist shop - all item at mrp. Always seem Too much tensed. Never happy. I would Prefer to buy from apollo chemist just outside hospital.
Casualty nurses - all cool staff. Dont demand money , first prefer patient to relax and sleep in bed. Billing can b done later. Fully responsive.
Casualty bill counter - youngster female staff is always busy in mobiles. Not good in services.
Final billing room /cghs referrals - cooperative staff
Dr. Deepa Singh, Gyno - very cool, knowledgeable. Notices dressing sense. Maintained. Short and crisp in words. Fully replies to all greets/ good mornings etc.
Other gyno Dr - all cool, informative.
Sitting area - tv, water cooler, spacious.
Building - spacious, ventilated.
Hostel - large hostel area in hospital for nursing staff. Though, not clean enough. But not related to patients.
Parking - on road. with enough space.
Nurses - all cooperative. Repond fully to querries. Some highly friendly. No bodycseems under stress.
Most ppl say that hospital is greedy. But its not. All hospital in area are same in this regard. You dont hv choice. So, prefer these guys as they r all relaxed, cool type.
Labs - clean, no needle pain, all reports at one place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going for pregancy treatment, this hospital is not at all good choice. Expertise comes when there is decent number of cases is done in a month however 1-2 cases in a month not bring expertise.
