You people are not taking responsibility of providing correct contact details of bus driver and operator, also you are not providing the live location of the bus. On the office also there is no one available for any information. I really had hard time with your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company @ashok travels mandsaur. Not taking care of passenger's comfort. Mannerless driver and conductor. Dirty pillows, bedsheets. Reckless driving. Ruining the name of German company Volvo by not maintaining the standards. No responsibility for passenger's comfort. AC was not working and on complaining it to the driver and conductor, they said that they aren't responsible for it. Upon contacting the operator he ignored the issue and switched off his phone.
Pathetic service. Definitely not upto the standards of a Volvo coach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus ever I have seen. AC not working properly rude behaviour of staff they are abuse in bus with passengers . I recommend to not travel with this traveler. On Delhi Ahmedabad route they drive bus like local AC bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They give some other seat while booking online and will ask to seat on some other seat while travelling. They will provide dirty blanket for some of the seats and no-blankets for rest of them. Seat covers are so dirty and unhygenic. AC ducts are all broken. While booking online, they use to advertise that they have TVs for every seats, but I think they forget to mention that those TVs are not working. By the way, driver's driving is good, and this traveller have good network.
