There are three gates.
Traffic is normal not congested.
There's a problem for those travellers carrying luggage(s), there's no direct elevator and escalator linked to the platform. One has to take the lift from entry level to the first deck and again have to switch to another lift and that too will have to walk a few metres to reach the platform if not one has to walk on the stairs.
