★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaswanti woods,Mulund west,project done is good.But they have quoted very high rate(marketing gimmick)as roof top amenities and panoramic views.On the contrary,terrace area is very less in foot print and gardens and other amenities cannot be enjoyed by all the families staying.1bhk and 2bhk together are 100+ in numbers.obviously many would want to enjoy the rooftop amenities spaces,which is not possible for everyone due to overcrowding of people.
