★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give zero rating to Ashtavinayak Internet & Broadband service of chinchpada road. They insist to take more than 1 month plan and once customer does according to them then they start ignoring customers problem. For every internet related complaint they blame to customer that your using vpn that's why it is not working or the speed test app or site your using is not valid. Very poor quality of the internet speed and service also. Very disappointed within few months of service.
With continuation to my above comment a month ago. I received a whatsapp msg stating that do not give negative comments. Hence till date I'm facing net issue. What to say now. There is no change in service but excepting that we the customer should not speak at all against such worst service provider.
Today 17.04.2021 I started my work and I come to know that my pc is not connecting due to internet so I called and after my 4 or 5th call they received and Informed me that my internet pack got expired on that I replied that before 2 to 3 days only I have asked them to renew it. He replied that his owner said not to renew pack for me as i'm always complaining type of customer. Is this a valid reason ??? And how service provider will decide that which customer he wants???
This indicates how unprofessional this owner is as he is not working in his service, instead of working on them he is satisfying his ego by nor extending service for me.
