★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many of the projects are not compliant with MAHARERA. Few projects are still not delivered even after 10 year of starting. Money asked by builder for completion of stage but actually no work is started on ground. False information submitted to bank to take the money without informing the flat owners. Don't even think about buying anything from the builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband took the flat in Ashtavinayak Empire in Wanadongri in the year 2012, the lifts haven't been installed yet. Forget about the waste disposal management. There's no electricity unit given to to individual flat owners. The bill still comes under builder's name. The developers are keeping deaf ears to the complaints received by the residents. Leaving this project half done they are constructing new projects in other cities. The condition of road is really pathetic. In heavy monsoon, it's a pain to cross the roads forget about commuting to and fro. Very very disappointed with this project! False promises made to the customers by the builders! Never recommend them to anyone!
