I am new to Thane and have been on the hunt for a salon to tend to basic grooming. A friend told me about Ashwini and since its not facing the main road I never came across it before but I eagerly wanted to give it a try and hoped for good things.
I walked in and politely first asked what was the closing time which was an hour away. I stated my services and the staff name Sweety(only two staff present) told me it will be done without hassles. I selected the advances option and then the second staff name Aparna as well got involved. The asked me to change and before I was even done Aparna walked in while Sweety went to tend to another client. What followed was constant complaining, continuous switching on and off of the AC, constant comments of my skin and hair, more complaining about how sticky the product was..I was honestly amused and giggling about it UNTIL the deliberately grabbing started. She kept grabbing and digging her hand into my flesh. I realized then that she was annoyed that I was there before closing. I still kept my calm and didn't say a word to her. Sweety came later and gently assisted. I paid Rs1200.00 for the said service and walked out of there as fast as I could at closing time. I came home to find red scars on my body where our dear Aparna had unleashed her wrath.
Ladies..please don't go here. I'm sure you will be treated much better elsewhere.
